We offer complete OCR (Optical Character Recognition) services for scanned documents.  OCR is an advanced document imaging technology which processes paper documents of handwritten, typewritten or printed text into digitized encoded text.  When a document is scanned, it is made into a picture which the software processes into text.   From the picture, InfoShield’s software captures, interprets, verifies and transfers information from any source to any system.  This enables the user to quickly search, as well as edit, data by keywords or phrases without having to read through pages of documents to locate the desired information.
